LFW: Street Style

After NYFW I was really excited for LFW, along with everyone else who loves fashion. After seeing the street style in New York I got so many outfit ideas and such inspiration for this season and since I live in Ireland I was looking forward to seeing some street style a bit closer to home and I wasn't disappointed. I love the style in London anyway and so I was really excited to get some more inspiration from the very stylish people attending LFW.
Here are a few of my favourite looks, they were hard to choose and I know I'm not brave enough to pull off some of them but I still love them all the same!
I love how minimal yet chic some of these looks are and I'm loving the pops of colour some people pulled off - great to see vibrant colours in wintery weather!
I hope you get some inspiration from these too!

See you next season for more Fashion Week style inspo!

NYFW: Street Style

The Street Style at New York Fashion is always so amazing and interesting. Everyone really incorporates their own style and personality into the current trends and I love that so much. Everyone stands out and makes sure that they're portraying who they are through their clothes and they aren't afraid of any risks. Fashion Week is where you can take the most risks in my opinion, and feel more confident in what you're wearing, and these ladies definitely show that.
There were so many amazing looks but these were just my personal favourite from NYFW.
I hope they give some inspiration to you!

Can I just say how much I love green and black together?!

I love how simple and chic these ones are, so sophisticated! and #monochrome!

Love love love these, especially the one on the left

So there you are, my favourite street style looks from NYFW
Can't wait for next seasons' looks!

September Wishlist

Here's my little wishlist for this month, there's surprisingly not a lot of things I want at the moment but I do want a few things from River Island, I just couldn't put them all in because there's way too many so I only put in three things I really want the most, also since I got the 25% discount River Island card in Elle Magazine this month it's kinda the only shop I'm looking at right now! I also put in a few things that I'd fancy getting soon!

1. Black Lace Hem Skirt from River Island (here)

How pretty is this skirt?? Like, I'm in love! I don't currently have a plain black skirt so I really want to invest in one this season and I really love the lace trim on this skirt. You can wear so much with this, dress it up, dress it down, and still wear it in the Spring too!

2. Black Turtle Neck Jumper from River Island (here)

I know how boring this is, a chevron jumper? But it is really cosy, I tried it on in store and it's just so soft and cosy and I personally love blacks and greys for this time of the year and I just think it's a really nice jumper that I could wear with anything, all the time so I really want it.

3. Black Tassel Bag from River Island (here)
Okay, last River Island thing! This bag comes in loads of colours and in leather too, I just prefer it simply in black because it would go with a lot of my clothes and won't really go out of season as fast as a purple bag or mustard bag would, so I am trying to get my moneys worth out of it, but again it is just personal preference, I do like black everything for winter. I also really like how it's slouchy and has tassels.

4. MAC Vamplify Lipgloss

I really want to pick up a few of these, I love the colours and they're supposedly very pigmented! I prefer lipgloss to lipstick just because I think it applies easier so I really want to get my hands on these. The shades that I want first are Hyper Fabulous, Modern Drama and Suggestive, I think they'd look great for Autumn/Winter.

5. Balmain Extatic Intense Gold Perfume
With hints of vanilla, sweet jasmine and warm amber, this perfume is bound to smell divine. In a martini shaker inspired black and gold bottle this fragrance may not be one to wear day-to-day but definitely on a night out or when you wanna feel a little bit more confident. I really want this perfume, I think it would be a great smell for winter and the bottle just looks too pretty.

6. How to Be Parisian

A book by Caroline de Maigret, Anne Berest, Audrey Diwan and Sophie Mas. It's essentially a guide on how to live like a Parisian woman featuring tips for style, attitude, beauty and life lessons. All the reviews I've read so far on this book have been good. It's not too serious, it does have humour in it and it just seems like it would be a great read! I am very inspired by Parisian style and beauty so this book seems interesting to me, I can't wait to read it and review it!
